Before you leave we'll teach you how to pilot safely, the "rules-of-the-road", and how to "lock-through" the canal's locks. Municipal docks, canal parks, and marinas, offer a safe place to tie up for the night. There are even canal-side bed and breakfasts! Canal maps and guidebooks are available. The season runs from May 1 to mid-October.

The PRINCECRAFT 24-foot pontoon boats hold 8 for day trips and sleep 4 adults on camping cruises. They are custom equipped with a removable canvas camper-top, port-a-potty, anchor, lines, safety equipment, etc. The marina is located in a rural and safe area that is near many other attractions; golf courses, Niagara Falls, Lake Erie and Lake Ontario. The marina visitor will find a peaceful, wooded picnic area on the canal, and other marina amenities. Park your car or RV at the marina while you cruise. Electric is available for parked RVs. All trips begin and end at the Amherst Marine Center.
